Useful for a variety of mobile GPS applications, remote monitoring, and network sensor interfacing.
A universal adapter Pocket CommRelay essentially "bridges" any two serial communication ports on your Windows Mobile device to seamlessly allow data flow between them. Combinations can include: - Bluetooth-to-COM1
- COM1-to-RawIR
- Bluetooth-to-RawIR
- COM1-to-Virtual COM2
- etc.
Useful for a variety of mobile GPS applications, remote monitoring, and network sensor interfacing.
Bluetooth-to-COM1 (rs232)
Using Pocket CommRelay, you can use your Windows Mobile to redirect raw GPS data to your desktop PC or laptop through a serial connection. With this Bluetooth-to-rs232 conversion setup, you can then use any GPS software on your desktop/laptop for more advanced analysis plus have the benefit of viewing a larger screen. note: For this to work properly the Windows Mobile device must have a COM1 port and the necessary cable.
